Here are some simple ways to enjoy  My PocoLoco Caliente Sauce!
 
  • Chicken del Poco Loco   In a plastic zip bag, marinate boneless, skinless chicken breasts in My PocoLoco Caliente Sauce overnight. The next day, grill them on the barbecue. Baste the chicken during the last 2 minutes of grilling with My PocoLoco Caliente Sauce!
  • Loco Shrimp   Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes (or use lightly oiled metal skewers). Shell, de-vein, and clean fresh shrimp and thread several onto each skewer. Grill on the barbecue over medium high heat for about 2 minutes per side, basting often with My PocoLoco Caliente Sauce. YUMMY! 
  • My PocoLoco Caliente Sauce  can jazz up a steak, pulled pork, turkey, chicken, or a medley of stir-fried veggies and meat for an easy, delicious meal!
